We also provide cable cleanup, fiber troubleshooting, and legacy infrastructure decommissioning, with overnight support available from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
For residential clients, we optimize internet performance through comprehensive diagnostics and targeted corrective solutions. We ensure complete Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home and surrounding property, eliminating dead zones and performance gaps. Our team also evaluates the consistency and adequacy of the internet service provided by the ISP to confirm it meets the demands of the household.
We replace outdated coaxial cabling with optical fiber to resolve grounding issues, corrosion, latency, and service interruptions. Additional services include CCTV and smart home installations, along with integrated video and audio systems.
Leadership & Experience
Final Choice Fiber Solutions was founded by two professionals whose careers were shaped in environments where performance, reliability, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Richard Leonardo, founder and president of Final Choice Fiber Solutions, brings over 30 years of telecommunications experience, beginning in hands-on field service and advancing into headend engineering and long-haul optical network
design. His background spans fiber-optic deployment, RF and video transport systems, testing, documentation, and large-scale network reliability across residential, commercial, and enterprise
environments. Richard also completed advanced coursework in networking and digital telecommunications through UC Berkeley Extension, strengthening his practical field experience with formal technical training. He leads the execution side of Final Choice Fiber Solutions, ensuring every installation and upgrade is precise, clean, and built to last.
Partnering with him is Romeo C. Peralta Jr., the company’s Technical Partner, with more than 25 years of experience in facilities and mission-critical infrastructure. Romeo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has served in senior technical and leadership roles with organizations such as Cyxtera, Equinix, Amazon, and Procter & Gamble. His expertise in power systems, HVAC, change management, vendor coordination, and operational reliability brings disciplined engineering practices to every commercial project Final Choice undertakes.
Together, Richard and Romeo combine network engineering execution with facility-level technical oversight, allowing Final Choice Fiber Solutions to bridge the gap between fiber infrastructure and the environments it supports. The result is a company built on thoughtful design, proper testing, and long-term reliability — whether serving homes, businesses, or mission-critical facilities
